Charles P. A. Melville — писатель и художник. В 1998—2004, он также входил в персонал Conifur в качестве главы конфурренции. На протяжение многих лет он принимал участие в создание ряда фэнзин, таких как APAs в том числе Ink Spots, Q, Gallery, Ever-Changing Palace, и Tales of the Tai-Pan Universe.
